Register Your EOS Account
STEP 1: Request to be Registered as a NEHAWU EOS Recruiter
Send us a registration request by calling us on 010 020 0799 or emailing us at nehawuhelp@mhasa.co.za and our support team will create a user account for you. You will then receive an SMS with next steps, including a link to the EOS NEHAWU Digital Membership Onboarding Platform.
STEP 2: Create Your Own Unique Password
Simply follow the link in the SMS where your username will be auto-populated and you will be prompted to change your password. We will send you an OTP to verify your identity and complete the registration steps by choosing your own unique password.
Sign In to EOS NEHAWU Digital Membership Onboarding Platform
STEP 1: Visit the EOS Online Website
Go to nehawu.eos.mhasa.co.za.
STEP 2: Enter Your Account Details
Enter the username and your newly created password and click “SIGN IN” to proceed.
Reset Your Password (New & Existing Users)
STEP 1: Visit the Forgot/Reset Password Section of the EOS NEHAWU Digital Membership Onboarding Platform
Go to nehawu.eos.mhasa.co.za/forgot.
STEP 2: Enter Your Account Details
Enter your username and select “REQUEST DETAILS”.
STEP 3: Enter the Validation OTP
We will send an OTP to your registered email address and phone number (via SMS). Enter the OTP and select “NEXT” to proceed.
STEP 4: Select a New Password
Once the OTP has been validated, proceed to create a new password. Please ensure to follow all criteria of creating a password, these are: A password must contain at least 8 characters, including 1 uppercase letter, lowercase letters, and a number or symbol. Once the password has been entered, select “CHANGE PASSWORD” to complete the resetting of your password.
