The National Education, Health & Allied Workers Union was founded on 27th and 28th June 1987 by workers from the Education, Health, Government and Social Welfare sectors.

NEHAWU fights for union recognition, a living wage and a free and democratic South Africa.

MHA provides NEHAWU with a Funeral and Rewards programme and also services their entire network.

SADTU

The South African Democratic Teachers Union is South Africa's biggest education worker union with more than 250 000 members. Its national headquarters are in Johannesburg.

SADTU has a vision for the Quality Learning & Teaching Campaign, Liberation & Labour Rights. They strive to ensure the effective servicing of union members, effective worker unity and delivery of organisational excellence.

MHA provides SADTU members with Funeral and Insurance products tailored to their needs.

LIMUSA - LIBERATED METALWORKERS UNION OF SOUTH AFRICA

The Liberated Metalworkers Union of South Africa was founded with a mission to fight for jobs for unemployed and employed metalworkers. Their organisation strives to supply metalworkers with better living conditions, safe and secure workplaces and works to obtain an economic order that serves all the people. With a vision for a united, organised, fighting union and a country that promotes manufacturing as the basis for a developmental state, they wish to increase equality in society’s workplaces by translating political freedom into economic freedom.

MHA provides membership, recruitment and long term insurance products to LIMUSA members.

FEDHASA

The Federated Hospitality Association of Southern Africa’s vision is at the forefront of the Southern Africa hospitality industry influencing policy decision and direction through lobbying government and industry as the official unified voice of the Southern African hospitality industry. Their objective is to grow an inclusive hospitality industry by advocating, enhancing, and promoting the development and growth of a sustainable South African hospitality-trading environment.

MHA provides all FEDHASA members with a tailor made group scheme to service the hotels, restaurants, conference centres, caterers, self-catering accommodation, home hosting establishments (B&Bs and guest houses), clubs, taverns, shebeens, suppliers and trainers, consultants and service providers to the hospitality industry on a compulsory and voluntary basis.
